Responsibilities
• Keep work area clean• Plan for breakfast served daily from 6am to 10am• Keep all products consistently stocked for all guests• Throw out outdated products• Ensure coffee is fresh and full during shift• Keep tables and chairs clean during breakfast and closing• Sweep floor of dining area at closing• Sweep and mop serving area at closing• Wash and put away used dishes and utensils• Sweep and mop kitchen at closing• Wipe down sliding doors weekly• Keep counters wiped down• Wrap or seal unused food• Interact with guests during breakfast• Follow hygiene and food handling protocols• Take out trash when full and at the end of shift
