Job summary
A Breakfast Attendant assures the highest possible level of guest satisfaction by preparing and serving breakfast for the guests of the hotel.Strives to be a customer champion by giving excellent service, being attentive to guest needs and maintaining brand standards.Position requires a flexible schedule and adherence to start times.

Responsibilities
• Wear proper attire and a nametag while on shift keeping personal appearance professional.• Complete all required company and brand-specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner.• Courteously engage with, attentively listen to and respect diverse groups of guests in a professional manner.• Stay updated on events to effectively handle all foreseen situations.• Promote positive guest relations by greeting guests in a pleasant and courteous manner.• Prepare and display breakfast items according to brand standards.• Restock and replenish food items as needed during breakfast hours.• Provide a clean, sanitary and inviting breakfast area for the guest.• Bus and clean tables as needed using proper sanitization methods.• Ensure proper food handling techniques and procedures are always practiced.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.• Customer service skills and communication.• Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload.• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
