Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and innovative Brand Alchemist to join our dynamic team. As the Brand Alchemist, you will be the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring that every aspect of the customer experience reflects our commitment to excellence and authenticity. While there is no direct supervision of employees, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the taproom experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. Continuously evaluate market trends and consumer preferences to refine brand positioning and messaging.Creative Content: Generate engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Utilize your creative flair to tell the story of The Phoenix Taproom & Kitchen and cultivate a strong brand presence.Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with customers by actively engaging with them during their taproom experience. Provide assistance and recommendations regarding beverage selection, food pairings, and overall enjoyment.Event Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and execute events and promotions to drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create memorable experiences for patrons.Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to amplify brand awareness and foster community engagement. Explore opportunities for collaborations and sponsorships that align with our brand values.Brand Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
