As a Branch Supervisor I, you will be responsible for the following:
Ensure outstanding service is delivered to both internal and external members Ensure each employee identifies members' financial needs and suggests appropriate Credit Union solutions Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned branch personnel Salary Range :
The salary range is $59,994.14-$74,392.74; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience :
You must have:
An Associate's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required Three years' experience related to financial institutions is required Previous supervisory experience is preferred Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including rotating Saturdays Knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines, lending policies and procedures, and cash handling standards Knowledge of Reg. CC, Reg. DD, Reg. J, Reg. D, Reg. E, Reg. B, and Reg.
