Responsibilities
• Perform full service banking services to new and existing customers• Focus on sales and service, including new accounts and consumer loans• Resolve client concerns and make appropriate referrals for other bank products• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships• Process cash transactions and other customer service duties• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1+ years experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing• Previous experience in a financial sales representative role preferred• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and transactions• Solid customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills• Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills• Solid mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills• Proficient in basic computer skills
