Responsibilities
• Assist the branch in achieving capture rate goals• Maintain customer service rating of 90% or greater• Originate non-captive business equal to or greater than 20% of total branch production• Ensure loans are saleable and insurable• Assist Branch Manager in achieving fixed costs goal• Assist with training and staff development• Develop professional relationships with builder Division President, Sales Manager, and sales agents• Evaluate and review progress of processing staff• Develop and execute annual branch marketing plan• Manage loan pipeline and communicate with all parties involved
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Originator's license as required by state• 6-8 years related experience• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Detail-oriented and highly organized• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Proficient in loan operating systems and tools
