Tinker Federal Credit Union's Northeast OKC branch has an immediate opening for a Branch Operations Assistant! This is an exciting opportunity to join the largest and best credit union in Oklahoma! As a Branch Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
Consistently providing an atmosphere of high-quality member service Supporting credit union sales efforts and performing basic transaction for members with regard to products and services Consulting with members and providing solutions to match their needs Projecting a positive image as representative for the credit union in receiving visitors and guest Completing various tasks within the branch including but not limited to; answering phones, processing mail, and working as a safe deposit representative Ensuring all information and transactions regarding credit union members are kept confidential and ensure established security procedures are followed Salary Range :
The starting pay is $19/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent is required and one-year applicable work experience in a related position is preferred. Financial institution experience preferred.
