Responsibilities
• Act as the standard bearer of Chase and create a world-class customer experience• Create an environment that encourages team members to provide an exceptional customer experience and a dynamic and engaging culture• Identify, coach, develop, motivate, and support employees for superior service• Promote a strong control environment for risk management• Leverage branch scorecard to grow deposits and investments• Educate clients on digital platforms• Build partnerships with local businesses for brand building• Ensure branch meets and exceeds customer expectations• Direct all aspects of branch operations• Coach bankers and associate bankers
Requirements
• Ability to set the tone for exceptional customer experience• Outstanding leadership and coaching experience• Ability to manage competing priorities and plan for growth• Experience in maintaining a strong risk and control environment• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings• Ability to travel, including out of state• High school degree, GED or foreign equivalent• College degree or military equivalent preferred• Two years of management experience or equivalent Chase leadership experience preferred• Desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect with team, partners, and customers• Adaptability and strong decision-making skills
