Responsibilities
• Organize and administer all services and office operations• Oversee recruitment, screening, selection and training for staff• Implement and interpret service and operations policies• Delegate duties and establish proper accountability• Supervise and direct services and operations• Coordinate recognition program• Maintain liaison with contracting entity• Coordinate timesheets and payroll entry• Process authorizations and coordinate new cases• Perform monthly service calls to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social service administration or in-home services• Experience with in-home care services• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Availability to be On-Call for crises• Professional oral and written communication skills• Ability to organize, administer, and evaluate ongoing services• Compliance with state background screening requirements
