The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. Hours : Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an occasional evening or Saturday.

What you will be doing: Manage and oversee the growth and development of the branch, including executing marketing plans, building relationships with retailers, and overseeing day-to-day operations.   Recruit, train, and develop branch team members to achieve sales goals and prepare them for career advancement.   Manage and provide guidance on new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.   Proactively address delinquent accounts by consulting with customers on past-due loan payments.   Provide an exceptional level of customer service and promptly address customer concerns.   What you should have: Minimum of two years of experience in consumer lending preferred   Experience in collections and /or management preferred   Strong sales skills and knowledge of sales development strategies   A bility to delegate, motivate, and lead team to achieve goals   Ability to uphold  compliance standards with regulatory, state and company guidelines at a high level   Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees   Excellent multitasking and time management skills   High School diploma or equivalent .
