Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy. Develop, manage, and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and sales goals. Pro-actively identify and remain actively involved in critical situations that can impact operations and service to customers. Lead and develop sales and warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service. Managing facility and team in line with growth, profitability, security, regulatory compliance, and other operating objectives. Ensure implementation of operational budgets are in accordance with established spending guidelines. Provide direction and communicate company goals and objectives, along with detailed instruction when necessary. Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention and employee involvement regarding a safe work environment. Ensures employees understand the safety expectations of the organization. All other job duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Responsibilities include employment decisions, disciplinary actions, writing and conducting performance evaluations, recognition, objective setting and associate development; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management or related field or equivalent supervisory experience
