**Summary:**Responsible for controlling bottling machinery on the bottling line to fill bottling products into industrial or consumer bottles to help ensure the product demand is met. This role is also responsible for area safety, and quality and standard of product is met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for ensuring quality and productivity standards are met on the bottling line. Regular attendance is required and expected. Work with shipping and planning to assist in coordinate daily shipments if needed. Responsible for ensuring bottles are filled to capacity on the bottling machines each day. Responsible for adhering to the required PPE and safety guidelines. Must be able read and follow written /verbal instructions and specifications of products being produced on the bottling production line as needed and any special procedures required. Ensure accurate bottling line procedures are followed on the production line in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to wear a respirator and proper PPE as required by the job and remain clean shave as well as adhere to the hair/grooming policy as requirement for wearing a respirator for proper fit. Ensure that attention to detail and the quality of the product is adhered to. Ability to move controls to adjust and operate equipment/valves to fill the bottles and that the flow of liquids/products through equipment is being followed to specified directions, according to knowledge of equipment and processes. Routinely inspect equipment for leaks or other hazards to check for production and equipment malfunctions. Participate in inventory counting monthly and as needed. Ability to work the hours as specified and as needed, standing for long periods of time on the production floor under extreme conditions of hot or cold temperatures on the production floor. Package materials into a variety of containers per customer specifications Responsible for ensuring equipment is returned to its proper place. Ensure that quality is up to required standards per SOP's. You should be proficient in:
