Responsibilities
• Assess general bookkeeping needs and work closely with clients• Code and complete data entry of bank statements and other transactions• Process month-end calculations, reconciliations, and journal entries• Prepare reports, returns, and tax forms for clients• Provide support to other bookkeeping team members• Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• 2-4 year degree or related experience• 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping• Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles• Strong technology skills and familiarity with paperless environments• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask• Customer service mentality and willingness to learn• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
