Responsibilities
• Teach students in-person and online classes through lectures, discussions, and hands-on training• Counsel students in a professional manner and provide constructive feedback• Develop curriculum, plan lessons, and prepare teaching materials• Assess students' progress and provide individual tutoring if needed• Advocate for and support the college through extracurricular activities• Attend meetings and commit to continuous improvement as an educator• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance• Minimum 3 years of field experience in accounting• Advanced knowledge in QuickBooks software• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Attention to detail and high ethical standards• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer literate• Teaching experience and familiarity with online technologies preferred
