POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting the Banking & Credit Department to complete the daily and monthly functions of the department. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Reconcile bank statements
· Analyze bank fees and invoices and resolve discrepancies
· Investigate and correct over/short, missing deposits, and other issues
· Journal voucher creation and entry into General Ledger
· Work with returned check collections and reconciling
· Work with credit card charge backs, retrievals, reconciling, and problem resolution
· General banking related duties as assigned
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: · Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
· Additional office/bookkeeping training or education a plus
· Must be organized and able to set priorities
· Must be able to work independently
· Ability to work with store and other office personnel
