The Roanoke Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Roanoke, AL is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant. The Bookkeeper works directly with and assist the Administrator in successfully fulfilling the day-to-day Accounts Receivable and administrative office management function of the facility in accordance with Ball HealthCare's established policies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards relating to long-term care operations as directed by the Administrator. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18-years of age, have a High School diploma or GED A minimum of two years formal training and experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and/or office management Must have Insurance billing background in dealing with Medicare and Medicaid Must complete, review, verify and submit all required reports timely and accurately Must have a willingness to learn and have a good working knowledge of general office practices Must be honest, loyal, trustworthy and confidential Job Type: Full-Time
