Bookkeeper

Job Title: Bookkeeper  Kal's Motor Group is a growing organization seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Title Clerk to join our team. 
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks efficiently and accurately. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records related to titles and registrations. Update inventory information as needed. Office Operations: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, word processing, filing, and copying. Handle paperwork efficiently and maintain organized records. Other Responsibilities: Assist with yearly renewal of dealer tags. Collaborate with other team members as needed. Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience. Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software or similar software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred. Proficiency in data entry and relevant software. Strong organizational skills. Customer service orientation. Effective communication skills (both written and verbal). Mathematical Skills. Reasoning Ability. Ability to solve practical problems and handle various situations.
