Utilize our booking software and tools to provide comprehensive information about available travel options, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, tailored to each client's preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized recommendations and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new travel destinations, and emerging technologies to enhance the overall customer booking experience.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for increasing client satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying potential new business opportunities.
Ensure all booking transactions are accurately documented and processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Proactively communicate with clients regarding any changes to their travel plans, including itinerary adjustments, cancelations, or rescheduling, while providing alternative options as needed.
