Job Description Summary:
Job Description:
Responsible for maintenance and repair of interior/exterior areas of the hotel.
* Must be available to work various hours including evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays.
* Maintains indoor and outdoor areas, hotel rooms, public areas, equipment, key systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
* Initiates and completes all hotel work orders.
* Performs preventive maintenance on all systems including EMS and Life Safety.
* Maintains mechanical logs and responds to guest concerns related to equipment and repairs.
* Complete duty rounds, checklists and corrects noted problems.
* Keeps exterior pathways clear of snow and ice.
* Must be able to use hand &power tools and work from a ladder.
* Operate in code compliance with NYFD and DOB guidelines.
* Black Seal NJ State Boiler Operators License, Low Pressure is **required**.
