Requirements * 1-2+ years of similar experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent understanding of various cooking methods,
* ingredients, equipment and procedures
* Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
* Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
* Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
* Food safety knowledge
