• Educate customers on repair processes and services• Inform customers of prices for services• Advise customers of selections and recommended services• Write estimates of service needed and total costs• Handle pricing disputes and changes• Oversee vehicle progress throughout body shop• Interact with mechanics, cashiers, and other customer service personnel• Input customer information into Automated Computer System• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
