MAJOR TASKS:
•Disassemble and reassemble major and minor interior and external parts for repair and paint.
•Repair dents, fiberglass, and composite.
•Weld materials such as steel, aluminum, and plastics.
•Sand, prepare, and mask parts for painting.
•Full decal installation.
•Repair frames and adjust suspension system.
•Apply paints and primers.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
•High School Degree or GED.
•Knowledge of heavy-duty diesel truck repair, paints, and polishes.
•Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20lbs.
•Position requires constant standing, forward reaching, grasping and finger manipulation.
•Must wear personal protection equipment as required: safety glasses, boots, eye and ear protection or respirator.
