We are searching for a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Dentist to join a team. This is a 12-doctor, hybrid general/specialty/emergency animal practice in Walnut Creek, California.
The dentistry service offers all of the latest equipment needed for oral surgery and orthodontics, including 2 dedicated dentistry tables, a new VetCAT Cone Beach CT installed in 2021, a LightSpeed Endodontic System and two digital dental radiography suites, all housed within a dedicated specialty surgical suite. Anesthetized patients are diligently cared for with mechanical ventilation and multi-parameter anesthesia monitors including ETCO2.
In this position, you will be supported be 4 dental team members, including 2 RVTs and 2 dedicated assistants, the experienced Hospital Manager and Medical Director, a collaborative and collegial group of doctors, and additional support staff. With the 24-hour staff facility, your patients will have supportive care available without the need to refer to an outside hospital. The practice also has a thriving intern program that trains an average of 6 interns per year.
