Overview:

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance to ensure the realization of organizational objectives
Review and endorse pivotal organizational decisions, budgets, and policies
Act as advocates for the organization, effectively representing it to stakeholders and the wider community
Oversee organizational performance and uphold compliance with legal and ethical standards
Engage actively in discussions and decision-making processes during regular board meetings
