As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
What You'll Do: Utilize behavioral skills training to educate direct care staff essential for the client's program success. Develop comprehensive functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries. Supervise and train behavior technicians on ABA procedures and interventions. Regularly analyze data, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as required. Conduct thorough assessments employing tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, among others. Create individualized programming tailored to meet the specific needs of the client and their caregivers. Qualifications: Required: A Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing with the BACB. Proven ability to follow the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and adhere to organizational policies. Physical ability to frequently transition between seated and standing positions and occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs. Preferred: A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a multidisciplinary team setting, working with children with ASD.
