All About ABA, LLC is a growing ABA services provider looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and positive BCBAs who enjoy leading teams of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. Our team of expert BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians make a difference in the lives of every family we serve by incorporating a team approach and utilizing technology to make clinical tasks easier. We provide home-based services in New Jersey. We are looking for Team Members who want to give back to the communities they live in.
Requirements What You Bring To Our Team: Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field, plus certification from the BACB as a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Expertise working with children who have autism in a home setting Willingness to use creative, interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and families Proven experience in a growing ABA services company Solid understanding of treatment plans, electronic records systems, treatment plan software, program resourcing and performance evaluation procedures Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts Prior experience overseeing insurance funded services, preferred BCBA Essential Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, progress notes and session notes Devise strategies and plans for the clinical teams according to company standards for excellent service and growth Coordinate, train, and supervise RBTs; providing mentoring, support, and constructive feedback Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Supervise and train RBTs Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Benefits What You Will Gain by Joining Our Team: Opportunity to make your own schedule Manage a work/life balance with flexible hours Autonomy and support from the Team to be your own boss CEU assistance and professional development opportunities Dental and Medical Insurance for Full Time Team Members Paid Time Off Sick Time Part Time and Full Time options available! Salary: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
