Responsibilities
• Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders• Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting• Providing estimates for repair services• Performing high quality and efficient repair services for automotive systems• Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles• Completing required paperwork and documentation• Maintaining an organized and clean workspace• Communicating with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees• Participating in BMW training programs• Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Employer's values
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience preferred, preferably with a luxury OEM or BMW• High School Diploma or equivalent required• Automotive Technical training or Trade School degree strongly preferred• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record• Strong Mechanical & Electrical diagnostic aptitude, willing to learn BMW training• Proficiency in basic computer skills• Excellent Customer Service skills• Candidate must have their own basic automotive tool set• ASE Certifications strongly considered• Professional appearance and work ethic• Must be authorized to work in the United States• Pre-employment testing required
