Overview We are seeking a skilled Blanchard Grinder Operator to join our team at our facility in Erie, MI. As a Blanchard Grinder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to grind and smooth surfaces of metal objects.
Responsibilities Set up and operate Blanchard grinders to grind surfaces of metal objects Inspect workpieces using calipers and micrometers to ensure precision Use CNC grinder to program and control grinding operations Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Experience operating Boring Mill and CNC Grinder Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers for precision measurements Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality control Good communication and teamwork skills Machines & technologies you'll use:
