Job Overview
Image Source is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Billing Specialist to join our in office Kirkland team! You will assist in the day-to-day and month-end closing activities in the Accounting Department. Other duties may include process improvement and cross training.
Responsibilities for Billing Specialist Work in a fast paced, high energy work environment while proactively troubleshooting and creatively solving problems. Analyze Key Vendor and Customer Accounts. Process incoming AP invoices and Credit Memos. Prepare orders for final billing by verifying and updating costs. Work with Sales Support teams to finalize Sales Orders. Create Sales Invoices after reconciling costs and verify Taxes. Assisting with customer credit applications and account reviews. Assist with AR Collections Requirements Highly detail orientated with strong time management and the ability to multitask. Proficient knowledge of MS Office; Outlook and Excel. Experience with ERP data entry systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) a plus. Excellent and effective communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. About Image Source
