Billing Specialist Intern

Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national and international practice, seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as a Billing Specialist Intern in its Buffalo office. Responsibilities : Working on special projects based off workflow as needed Maintaining spreadsheets regarding claims numbers, adjuster updates, etc. Following up on invoice in eBilling sites Helping with overflow from the Billing team Special assignments to cover staff when they are on leave or out of the office Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, sorting, scanning, etc. Additional duties as assigned Qualifications : Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior academic standing preferred Exceptional attitude and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Works well in a team environment Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Schedule: The position has the opportunity for up to 20 hours during the semester and 30 hours during academic breaks This role offers an hourly salary of $15.
