WHAT YOU'LL DO
The ideal Billing Specialist will oversee the project setup tasks associated with all invoices and the task of sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid on time and within terms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Setup Project Setup
Prepare customer invoices
Post Revenue
Send invoices to customers/Upload invoices to online portals
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or GED required
Proficient excel and computer skills are a must
At least 3 years of prior experience billing for government customers
Familiarity with Unanet is preferred
Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screening
Must have a valid drivers license
