Remote Billing Admin Assistant positionMinimum requirements: High School Diploma or GEDPreferred requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Responsibilities
• Handle daily New Matter Alerts for setup in Aderant and e-billing vendor sites• Handle Weekly Timekeeper Alert for set-up on e-billing vendor sites• Follow tracking protocol for matter and timekeeper setups• Communicate frequently via email with clients, staff, and attorneys• Develop proficiency with local accounting systems and various e-billing vendor sites• Assist with basic invoice rejections in the e-Billing Hub portal• Assist with basic processing of client implementations for larger e-billing vendor sites• Provide daily administrative e-billing support for the Billing team
Requirements
• 1 year administrative experience• Basic Excel skills as well as experience with Word and Outlook• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Ability to establish effective and collegial working relationships• Comfortable handling complex details
