Pay- $27-30hr or DOE
Job Responsibilities:
Promote Safety proceduresAdhere to company quality policy to ensure products and services meet customer expectationCommunicate any problems and issues to appropriate resource in a timely mannerResponsible for Safety, Quality, Work Practices, Documentation, Line KPI's, Housekeeping, Breaks and Policy & ProceduresInitiate appropriate disciplinary action for non-complianceCoordinate Work assignments for teamInform Production Superintendent of Discipline needsEstablish and promote a positive work environmentResponsible to ensure each team member has tools needed for job responsibility including PPEResponsible for daily adherence and corrective action for production and safetyBilingual Team Lead Qualifications: Qualifications/Experience:
Associates Degree desiredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious leadership experience required5+ experience in a manufacturing environmentGood computer skillsKnowledge of metric system a plusSuccessful training and coaching skillsGood teamwork skillsAbility to build a connection with team membersEffective written and oral communication skillsMechanical and troubleshooting experience preferredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
