Responsibilities Scope of Work: As a Project Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the location or project team with various administrative and operational tasks. We are seeking a high-energy, organized individual who is eager to learn and excels in efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Daily Time Entry: Accurately record and manage daily time entries for project team members. New Hire Orientations: Conduct orientations for new hires, ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies and procedures. Supporting New Hires and Existing Manpower: Assist with administrative needs including Time Off requests, W4 changes, direct deposit changes, and other HR-related tasks. Managing Supply Needs: Oversee and manage supply needs for the jobsite trailer, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and available. Operational Support: Assist the project team with operational needs such as managing lien waivers, pay applications, certified payroll report management on DB jobs, and purchasing. Scheduling Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings for project teams, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared. Organizing Events: Plan and organize events for the projects, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Other duties as assigned.
