Job Description:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations within the manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive and efficient working environment for the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight:

Supervise and manage the daily production activities.
Monitor and analyze production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Implement and enforce production processes to meet quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of production staff.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any issues.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Investigate and address safety concerns promptly.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of beauty products manufacturing processes is a plus.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
