Objective The Processing Team is the first line of defense when it comes to ensuring accurate and complete information is received from our customers and dealers, prior to funding a deal. The primary responsibility of the Processing Specialist is to collect and validate documentation required to fund our dealer partners and onboard customers. A Processing Specialist will be responsible for processing incoming documentation and/or related job tasks to their assigned product/process.
Responsibilities Use all available methods to complete verifications (phone, email, text, web search, etc.) to reduce our average time to complete verifications. Develop and maintain positive relationships with dealer partners and our customers. Communicate to the sales department any delays in funding or problems with documentation. Validate land ownership, when necessary, by calling customer and/or researching county websites Validate documents received by dealer and customer for completeness and accuracy. Process lease and/or finance packages Finalize completed contracts for funding. Maintains established levels of quality and error rates to ensure company standards are met. Knowledge & Skills Ability to effectively communicate in writing, in person, and on the phone. Be able to research and solve problems. Develop and maintain relationships with our dealers. Exhibit excellence in customer service. Use technology, software applications, phone, and computer systems. Work in a detail oriented, time sensitive environment. Exhibit strong time management skills. Education: Highschool degree or GED
Work Experience: 2+ years of customer service OR 1 plus years of document processing experience
Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position during the workday. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with staff and customers who have inquiries. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must be able to lift or carry up to 10 pounds on occasion. The person in this position will work in an office environment.
