Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our winning team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville, KY. We are offering up to $18/hr. plus $75 leasing commissions, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.

In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO. Benefits for full time employees:
- $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

- Housing Discounts  Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments   are acceptable for showing
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign   where required 
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Knowledge, Skills and Experience:- Preferably 1 years experience in leasing or property management
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
