Bilingual Financial Analyst Location Milwaukee, WI (Walker's Point area) : PRIMARY FUNCTION : To provide support to the accounting department functions of this premier nonprofit agency. The right candidate will be responsible for providing financial, and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations. Duties:
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and make recommendations. Investigate and report to the manager any inconsistencies or improprieties of accounts. Prepare and analyze account reconciliations on a monthly basis. Analysis and approval of project expenditures as well as invoicing per contracted grants Prepare claim reports to Dept on Aging Adult Day Care Services / Care Management Prepare claim reports to Community Care, iCare, Alzheimer's Association, etc. Prepare claim reports to city of Milwaukee Homebuyer program & Youth program. Work with other department members on special projects or on as needed. Assist the department as needed. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data. the ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Demonstrated computer literacy skills, using MS Office, Google applications, and other basic data systems including internet navigation. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on accounts receivables experience. Computer knowledge including the ability to operate computerized accounting. Spreadsheet and word processing programs such as Microsoft Office and email at high proficiency level. Bilingual in both ENGLISH and SPANISH is required.
