Bilingual Customer Service Associate Retail

Position Title:  Bilingual Customer Pickup Sales Associate (Paint)
Job Description As a Customer Pickup Sales Associate (Paint), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while attending the customer pickup desk.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet customers entering the facility for the purpose of transacting and purchasing of all types of product. Ability to independently operate automotive paint matching equipment Ability to conduct automotive paint mixing with in house equipment/software Ability to transact with the customer via cash credit card, and/ or check. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Work with in-house Accounts Receivable department to reconcile WALK-IN business. Complete proficiency of order entry database as well as any other aspects of the platform to conduct further operational activities.  Training provided. Learn and comply with all OSHA regulations, internal safety procedures, and all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate, thorough, and consistent information with respect to all tasks performed. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate effectively with others. Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications
Sales and mixing experience with automotive paint. Spanish/English a must! General understanding of automotive paint processes / products Familiarity with automotive paint mixing systems Experience using paint color matching equipment Must be proficient with Word and Excel Must have customer service experience, retail experience preferred Shift & Hours:
Monday thru Friday 
Compensation: $ 17- $20 / hour, based on experience
