Bilingual Collections Specialist

Source Receivables Management is currently seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Collection Specialists to join our rapidly growing Call Center team in our Greensboro, NC office! We are looking for professional candidates who have a solid work history, enjoy working in a competitive environment, and are fluent in both English and Spanish. $15.00/hour plus uncapped bonuses!! This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped bonuses to keep you challenged and rewarded.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills:
Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Spanish) Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Background in customer service, sales, or collections is preferred but not required Great multi-tasking skills (candidate must be able to talk and type simultaneously) Be able to type at least 40 words per minute Self-motivated and results-oriented Calculate percentages and successfully perform other basic math functions Strong negotiation skills are a plus! Must be dependable and reliable Must be able to work as a team and independently Collection Specialists will make outbound calls as well as receive inbound calls to resolve past due accounts Be able to understand and educate consumers on account terms and provide payment solutions Maintains a positive attitude that supports the organizational culture and sparks teamwork A three-week training course will be provided to all new hires. Attendance is 100% mandatory during training to ensure your success. Job Type: Full-time
