Role : Bilingual Administrative Coordinator
Location:  Del Mar, CA
Training Hours - 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (3-6 months)
Normal hours - 10:30 AM-7:00 PM
Duration : contract
Pay Rate - $20.50/hourly
**Background Check Required** SUMMARY The Administrative Coordinator for the Program Specialist Group (PSG) will be customer service driven,
a team player, and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be a pivotal
part of the Program Specialist Group and will be responsible for managing e-mail correspondence,
surveys, and outgoing responses with members inquiring about the Auto Program. The PSG Department
The coordinator must be able to analyze a situation, develop potential resolutions, communicate them
clearly in writing, and encourage positive resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •   Process Web Survey's
•   Respond to members written correspondence within 24 hour timeframe
•   Review and improve existing written template responses
•   File Maintenance – Filing, organizing, auditing, scanning
•   Call Center coverage as needed
•   Administrative support to the Leadership team of the Program Specialist Group
•   Practices and maintains working knowledge of all PSG processes and procedures with the
understanding the position could evolve into a full-time Program Specialist
•   Provides support for Spanish-speaking calls as needed
•   Other Duties as Assigned
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: •   High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum of two (2) years experience
with general office responsibilities and procedures.
•   Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
•   Good writing, grammar, and punctuation skills
•   Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•   Experience with responding to inquiries, issues, or complaints.
•   Ability to communicate effectively (Both written and verbal)
•   Ability to follow oral and written instructions
•   Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
•   Positive Attitude
•   Ability to adapt well to change and remain flexible while working under deadlines
•   Ability to work in fast-paced team environment
•   Bilingual Spanish is required.
