• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and customers• Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar• Maintain a clean and organized reception area• Assist with administrative tasks as needed• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Professional appearance and demeanor• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively• Proficient in using office equipment and computer software• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
