Role Overview:
As a Bi-Lingual Drywaller, you'll play a crucial role in managing our drywall projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, maintaining quality control standards, and keeping open lines of communication with both clients and our internal team.
Key Responsibilities: Crew Coordination: Plan and organize job details with crew members, ensuring they have the necessary materials and support. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet our standards and addressing any issues promptly. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure our work meets the highest standards. Communication: Keep clients and internal teams informed about project progress and address any concerns promptly. Material Management: Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply shortages efficiently.
