After approximately 120 hours of instructor led training and job-related shadowing per business project. This position requires you to be onsite.Responsibilities:Processing application for debt relief program for eligible individuals as a primary functionRespond and service customers via email or phone regarding past debt and give options for payment.Respond to and service customer calls via an inbound ACD system or emails via an email routing client.Educate and inform customers on account related departmental questions, concerns, and requests as well as City Policies, Procedures and Protocols.Research and analyze inquiries and concerns and take the appropriate action in resolving their Tax, License or Administrative Hearing inquiries.Promote positive customer relations and champion revenue collections while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, quality, and service professionalism.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year experience of call center/customer service experienceMust be bi-lingual in Spanish & EnglishAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
