If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for employee benefits, we encourage you to apply.This role will work with Trimble's US Program Manager to oversee all US Benefits and wellness programs for Trimble's 5,000 US employees. This role will be responsible for assisting with the employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance on benefits-related matters. This position requires a high level of expertise in benefits administration, strong analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities.What You Will DoServe as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits programs, eligibility, and coverage options.Assists with the onboarding of new hires/international transfers with the understanding of Trimble benefits.Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, payroll files, education reimbursement, and billing and reconciliation.Conduct regular audits of benefits data and processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.Participate in annual enrollment activities, including plan design changes, communication campaigns, and working with our benefit partners.Work with the team on mergers and acquisitions activities.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing employee benefits, such as; ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and legal teams, to design, implement, and communicate benefits policies and programs.Analyze benefits utilization and cost trends to identify opportunities for program enhancements and cost containment strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in benefits administration, recommending adjustments to our programs as needed.Lead or participate in special projects related to benefits program enhancements, system implementations, or process improvements.What Skills & Experience You Should HaveBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.5 years of experience in benefits administration, with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple benefit plans in a complex organization.Understanding of federal and state regulations governing employee benefits, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.Ability to utilize AI and machine learning algorithms to analyze benefits data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve program effectiveness.Understands and develops engaging and informative video content to communicate benefits information, enrollment procedures, wellness initiatives, and other HR-related topics to employees.Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems, with experience implementing or upgrading systems a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.About TrimbleTrimble's core values are to provide a culture where our employees belong, grow, and innovate.
