Join Our Team as a Benefits Coordinator!
Position: Benefits Coordinator
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
Coordinate open enrollment periods, including communications, education sessions, and system updates.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, staying updated on changes that impact benefits administration.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits integration and administration.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of benefits providers, ensuring optimal value and service for employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
High level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is a plus.
