* Welcome guests in a warm, personable, sincere and friendly manner.
* Retrieve guest's luggage and escort guests to their rooms and explaining the room facilities.
* Transporting departing guests' luggage from the room to the lobby, ensuring that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for.
* Provide guest with information they inquire about (i.e. hotel's information, nearest spa, restaurants, metro, bars, etc.).
* Anticipate guest's needs and create personal and memorable experiences and find solutions to challenges.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures.
* Perform all other duties requested by Front Office Manager. This position requires the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Be knowledgeable about Washington, D.C. and the building's rich history
* Hotel Experience is not required - Fun and welcoming personality is a MUST
