Are you passionate about helping the underserved? If so, we are looking for dedicated Board Certified Behavorial Analyst (BCBA) to join our behavioral health program as licensed therapists. Our organization provides comprehensive behavioral health therapy and counseling to children and families, utilizing best practices to address mental health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to assess and treat mental health disorders, emotional issues, and behavioral problems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated care.
- Continuously assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Adhere to ethical principles, professional standards, and legal guidelines in mental health practice.
- Document client progress and diagnostic information in medical records promptly.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- State licensure or certification as a Board Certified Behavorial Analyst (BCBA).
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical record systems.
- Commitment to professional development and continuing education.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children and families (Preferred).
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed therapy and client-centered treatment (Preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish) (Strongly Preferred).
