Behavioral Health Consultant

Job Posting: Behavioral Health Consultant Job Description The Cow Creek Band of The Umpqua Tribe of Indians is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Health Consultant. This position is Full-Time and is Not a Remote Job.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients dealing with mental health issues Evaluate client's mental health and develop treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients Monitor and assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide crisis intervention services as necessary Requirements Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Psychologist, or Clinical Social Worker Experience working in a behavioral health setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
