Responsibilities
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to families with children with special needs• Collect and analyze data using appropriate data collection system• Attend family team meetings and professional development meetings• Report incidents and communicate with parents• Reschedule missed shifts• Attend to other assigned duties
Requirements
• In progress BA or BS in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or related field• Minimum understanding of ABA/DTT/PRT/VB• Pass competency test with minimum of 90%• Have excellent time management skills• Serve culturally and linguistically diverse families• Maintain professional boundaries and composure• Implement behavior modification strategies• Effectively communicate with others• Have reliable transportation and liability insurance• Be physically capable of standing, sitting, bending, lifting, etc.
